Ilana Slomowitz is an award winning ceramic muralist, artist, and dancer.

She has created substantial murals for the foyers of many major public buildings in South Africa and in Israel .

She has held a great number of successfull exhibitions of her innovative and beautiful ceramic and shell panels and pottery over many years in both South Africa and abroad.

As a highly experienced counselor and facilitator, Ilana has been conducting workshops for over 25 years, exploring and developing understanding of the creative process, a journey in self-exploration, and communication skills. She has run workshops locally and internationally for large companies, groups and individuals.

She teaches dance and stretch classes at many of the Virgin Active gyms in Cape Town.

For many years was a principle dancer in a professional Spanish Dance company and runs therapeutic “get away workshops” embracing many aspects of the creative process utelising both art and movement.
