Clay is a powerful vehicle for healing through creative self - expression.
Working with clay helps not only to release body tension, it is a lot of fun.
The workshop begins with relaxation & meditation techniques, which include breathing exercises & visualization to music.
We then go onto working with clay & create a sculptured piece. The emphasis is to get out of your head & follow your own creative process, while releasing your creative impulses.
No prior experience is necessary, just a willingness to participate & to let go.


On the week end workshop the clay work will be in the form of an investigation into the 7 Chakras, as imagery, emotion and form.


On the 1day w/shop, the 7 chakras are not dealt with, instead, self exploration and healing are experienced, according to a number of past participants


The workshop offers an opportunity to address the following:
  • Burn out.
  • Appreciation of the value of bringing creativity into your daily life and the sense of joy derived therefrom.
  • Releasing stress and fatigue.
This workshop is ideal as a day activity for the staff of any Care Giving organizations, students at teachers training colleges, staff of High Tech. Companies, in fact any group of people needing a therapeutic stress release day.
